Everyone is invited to join us on November 13 at 5;00 pm in the Family Ministry Center (FMC) for this time of church family, fun, fellowship and thankfulness. In addition to the food, fun and fellowship, the children’s choirs will be bringing some special music. Signup on the west hallway bulletin board near the church library to help bring items for the dinner, to prepare food, to help serve, or to help set-up/clean-up.
Food Donations for families in need will be collected at this year’s dinner. Everyone attending the dinner is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for donation to the Vacaville Storehouse who assists families in need. Your donation may be dropped off in the provided barrels when you attend the dinner.
LIVE NATIVITY Volunteer sheets with specific time slots will be available at the dinner also. The last 6 to 8 weeks we have been asking volunteers to fill out the Volunteer sheets, indicating their interest in specific ministry opportunities before, during and after the LIVE NATIVITY. Now is the time to place your name in a specific time slot. Please come prepared to prayerfully “sign on the line” and volunteer to help with TBC’s biggest evangelical outreach event of the year.
