Mission Statement for Youth Ministry
Our goal is to walk alongside students, helping them reach their full potential in Christ. We believe this happens by creating opportunities to connect, communicate, mentor, and journey life with students, helping them live out their lives for God while reaching their influence zone with the Gospel.
Sunday Mornings
Our Sunday mornings are dedicated to building emotional maturity, personal growth, spiritual insights, and relationships. We seek to create an environment that encourages lifelong friendships while learning the Bible and how to apply it to everyday life. Our classes are divided into homogeneous groups and are always open. Join us in the Student Center at 9:00 am for announcements, prayer, and general session before heading to your small group. We have groups for Jr High girls, Jr High boys, High School girls, and High School boys.
The Gathering on Wednesdays
Our Wednesday nights are designed for connection. We meet every Wednesday night from 6:30 pm to 8 pm in the Student Center. We typically start the evening with live music as a way to connect to God through prayer and singing, hear a challenging message, break into connect-groups for discussion and end with game time in the gym. You are welcome to come check it out and bring a friend!
Summer Camp
We head over to Jenness Park Christian Camp for Centrifuge! An amazing week of camp where students from across California converge for purposeful life changing Bible studies, meaningful heartfelt worship and exciting recreation.
Winter Camp
Each December we travel to Cazadero Baptist Camp for our Winter Retreat, where we spend a few days among the redwoods near the serene Austin Creek allowing a time of refreshment, restoration, recreation, and reverence to Our Lord!
Opportunities To Serve
We have a variety of service opportunities within Trinity Baptist Church.
Sunday’s – Audio/Visual and Live Stream of the Worship Service and joining the Celebration Choir during the Sunday Evening Service.
Operation Christmas Child – we serve as the regional Central Drop-Off Location. During National Collection Week, the week before Thanksgiving, we ensure every donor has a transformational drop-off experience and every shoebox collected is accurately counted, cartonized, and moved efficiently.
TBC Orchestra – bring your instruments and join our practices Sundays at 3:30pm in the Choir Room.
