“The child continued to grow and become strong, increasing in wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.” Luke 2:40.
This verse is highlighted in our Preschool Welcome Center. The context of Luke 2 refers to Jesus, but we feel it applies to all of us, and especially to our children. Our goal is to model, instruct, and guide all children to become followers of Jesus. We know each child must make their own decision but we believe that we are the village in which our children grow up, see how others behave, listen to what others believe, and mark out the paths they will follow. As such, we believe that Children’s Ministry is a cooperative effort between the church and the home, utilizing the efforts of both parents and the church community to reach the children of our community with the love of Jesus Christ. It is our view that all of us should preach the Gospel at all times and, if necessary, use words.
All staff and volunteers go through extensive screening before they are allowed to work with children. We provide a safe, secure and exciting learning environment with our hope and prayer that children will come to know the love of Christ and to know Jesus personally, while at the same time, to experience the church as a safe and enjoyable place. We meet for AWANA Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00 PM for boys and girls from age 3 through 6th grade. The goal of AWANA is to reach boys and girls for Christ!

Vacation Bible School 2023
VBS occurred on June 19-22, 2023 Monday – Thursday, from 6:00PM – 8:15PM
Registration will begin next year for children who have completed Kindergarten – Sixth Grade! Please check back then for the registration form.
