Sunday Morning

Sunday School is taught using age appropriate methods and materials to be a safe, nurturing and learning environment.

• Preschool (Birth through Pre-K) –divided by age
• Kindergarten/1st Grade
• G-FORCE (2nd –5th Grade)
• 6th grade

Extended Care on Sunday Mornings is provided for Birth –Pre-Kindergarten. This allows for parents to attend worship while their little ones continue to learn and play.

AWANA

Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed…

II Timothy 2:15 “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

AWANA meets every Wednesday night at 6 PM (during the school year) and it’s for boys and girls from 3 years old through 6th grade. The kids start out by playing team games and learning about sportsmanship, fair play, and how to be a team player. This time also helps build their coordination and their confidence as they interact with others. Every kid gets involved and gets a chance to burn as much energy as they wish!

Your child then completes assignments in his/her handbook. Our goal is to help your child memorize helpful Bible verses.

During council time everyone gathers together for singing, award distribution and a practical Bible message. These messages will help your child understand how to love God and begin the habits of an exciting walk with God!

If you’d like to sign your kids up, stop in one Wednesday night (Sept. to May) at 6 PM and register with our AWANA secretary.

Children’s Choir

Through a multi-faceted approach of teaching, movement, and games, children have a great time learning music fundamentals, as well as, Bible truths and performance practice.

King’s Kids is for children 1st through 6th grades, and they meet Sunday evenings in the Fellowship Hall. Little Lambs is for preschoolers 3 yrs. old –kindergarten, and they meet in Room 105 at the same time as King’s Kids. Our children’s choirs participate in our worship services periodically throughout the year, they present a musical in May, and the King’s Kids also participate in “Live Nativity”.

Vacation Bible School

This fun-filled, high-energy week is designed to unite adults and children in the discovery and celebration of our God who calls children into a growing relationship with Himself. We meet one week in the summer, Monday through Friday in the evening. Check out our calendar for the dates and times of our Vacation Bible School.

Children’s Summer Camp

Every summer our kids head to Camp Cazadero for Children’s Camp. Our 1st –3rd graders go for 3 or 5 days and our 4th –6th graders go for 5 days the following week. Be sure to check out the calendar for the dates! They won’t want to miss this fun trip! For cost and other information, please call the church office.
