What’s been done?
  • Building Committee was elected
  • Interviewed and selected RSA Architect
  • Church Family reviewed the preliminary drawings (created by RSA) and gave approval for: construction of the Family Ministry Center, to have Tim Reid as our project manager, and to build ourselves instead of hiring a contractor
  • Selected Miracle Steel as the manufacturer of our building
  • Geotechnical Investigation (soil test)
  • Preliminary drawings were submitted the City of Vacaville Planning Department for design review
  • Approval from City of Vacaville Planning Department
  • Steel for the building was delivered
  • Applied for building permit, this includes: working drawings, engineering and complete design of the interior and waiting to hear from them 
  • Applied for the permit to move the portable building
  • Moved portable building to the Hispanic Church
  • Excavation completed
  • Foundation work has been started
  • PG&E permitting
  • Final permit from the City of Vacaville
  • Fire hydrant placed near construction site
  • Manhole in Monte Vista and new sewer serviced for building
  • Start building the structure
  • Landscaping
  • Pave parking lot

What needs to be done?
    Now that we have BUILT for God's Glory, we are trusting Him for His power, strength, leadership, and vision
    to GROW for God's glory.
